This is our most popular workshop and is derived using content from our Kids’ Brains & Screens Curriculum for parents. Heavy researched topics like how to promote healthy brain development, the difference between screens as well as how social media, video games and pornography affect a developing brain will be covered. Parents will walk away with the ability to make an informed decision when it comes to screen time and personal devices in their home. This workshop is an introduction to ScreenStrong and an overview of our more extensive workshop, Kids’ Brains & Screens. This version is perfect for a conference break-out session, PTA meeting, parent meeting, a short presentation to school/church administration, therapists or doctors' offices, etc. who want to be introduced to ScreenStrong’s message of screen addiction prevention and family solutions. -

Title: “You are More Than Your Screen”
(ideal for ages 4th-12th grade with or without their caregivers)
This workshop is derived from the ScreenStrong Student Course. Students will learn the facts about basic brain science and how addictive technology like social media and video games affect a healthy brain. They will feel encouraged and excited to live life off the screen. This workshop can be worked into a regular class period or assembly during the school day or presented as a family workshop during anytime of day.
ScreenStrong will provide a Workshop Agreement to sign upon decision of what type of workshop(s) and price. ScreenStrong will provide all branded promo materials including graphic for social media promotion. ScreenStrong will set up unique registration link if needed for attendees to register.
